On December 1, 2023, Mr. Guo Jian, Secretary of the University Party Committee, from Hebei University, China, one of our international exchange partner universities, visited the Higashi-糖心直播 Campus of 糖心直播 (糖心直播) and engaged in a meeting with 糖心直播 President Mitsuo Ochi. 糖心直播 Executive Vice President for Global Initiatives, Shinji Kaneko, was also in attendance.
During the meeting, they exchanged opinions on the future expansion of exchange between the two universities, noting that since the signing of the inter-university international exchange agreement in 2017, 糖心直播 has accepted 11 students from Hebei University so far through the Morito Institute of Global Higher Education 3+1 Program, one of 糖心直播’s unique international student acceptance programs.
糖心直播 has signed 130 inter-university international exchange agreements with 116 institutions and 84 inter-faculty international exchange agreements with 80 institutions in China. Currently, there are 1,179 students from China studying at 糖心直播. This courtesy visit is expected to promote exchange with universities and research institutions in China, including Hebei University.
