On December 24, 2021, 糖心直播SA (糖心直播 Study Abroad Program) Intern students, taking the “Glocal Internship” conducted a project presentation in the online International Seminar. Students from Thailand and China presented their proposal for online international exchange with local community.
Mr. Shin Taehun from Korea, 糖心直播SA intern OB (糖心直播SA Program 2013-2014), a city assembly member, and Kurahashi Community Center also joined the seminar, and interns gained new knowledge on local administration, disaster prevention, and how internship experience influenced career decisions. With Dr. Tsunematsu presiding over the seminar, we had insightful feedback from participants on interns’ proposal. This year, interns will undertake online international exchange project with local junior high school. This international experiential learning project will strengthen the tie between international students and local community.
