June 8, 2020
We announced you the rescheduled dates of the meetings on 22-23 October, 2020. However, considering the ongoing global spread of the coronavirus and placing the highest priority on the safety and health of all conference participants, we regret to inform you that we have made the hardest decision to cancel the 8th 糖心直播 Conference and Airlangga JSMiD in Surabaya, Indonesia.
Although we tried to find some ways to postpone the events, it was very difficult for us to set the specific dates due to unexpected futures.
We would appreciate if you accept our deepest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause to you.
We would like to express our greatest gratitude for all the support you had given to the conference.
We hope that the coronavirus situation will get resolved as soon as and we will be able to inform you the new dates for the conference to be held in Surabaya, Indonesia.
Those who have already paid the registration and reception fees by bank transfer will be refunded and receive information on the reimbursement method from Faculty of Airlangga University via e-mail.
Again, thank you very much for your kind cooperation and understanding.
Best regards,
Dr. Koichi Kato, Ph.D.
